1. Who we are

Tavolo is operated by Soft Intel Partners Limited, a private limited company registered in England & Wales under company number 16818970, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@tavolo.world or +39 344 409 2002.

2. What Tavolo does

Tavolo is a business-to-business referral platform. Hospitality workers ("referrers") recommend partner businesses in Florence ("venues") to their guests. When a referred guest is seated or served, the venue owes the referrer an agreed reward and Tavolo a service fee. Tavolo is a marketing and introduction service. We do not sell food, drinks, experiences or any other goods or services offered by venues, and we are not a party to any contract between a guest and a venue.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are for businesses and working professionals aged 18 or over.
• New accounts are reviewed and approved by us before they can transact.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or shows signs of fraud.

4. Rewards, fees and settlement

• Each venue sets the reward it pays per seated referral. The amount is shown to referrers before they send a referral.
• A referral becomes payable only when the venue confirms the guests were seated or served.
• Tavolo charges the venue a service fee of 25% of the reward, with a minimum of €1.50 per referral.
• Venues keep a payment card on file. We charge the total of confirmed rewards plus service fees in periodic settlement runs.
• Referrer rewards are paid to the referrer's connected payout account after the venue has been charged.
• All amounts are in euro (EUR) and include any applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Payments

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. By using Tavolo you also agree to the applicable Stripe terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement for referrers receiving payouts. We do not store full card or bank details on our systems.

6. Fair use and anti-fraud

• Referrals must represent real guests genuinely referred by the referrer.
• Venues must report seated guests honestly and promptly.
• Fabricated referrals, self-referrals, or under-reporting of seated guests may lead to reversal of rewards, suspension and account closure.

7. Liability

Tavolo is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the quality, availability, safety or legality of anything a venue provides to a guest, nor for a guest's conduct. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid or were owed through Tavolo in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Taxes

Referrers and venues are responsible for declaring and paying their own taxes and social contributions on amounts earned or paid through Tavolo, in accordance with the law of their country of residence.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tavolo and close your account at any time by contacting us. Amounts already earned or owed at that point remain payable. We may end the service or an account on reasonable notice, or immediately in cases of fraud or serious breach.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
